Introduction of Southern Kong City Construction & Building Solutions

Southern Kong City Construction & Building Solutions was humbly incorporated in January 2021. 

Furthermore, Southern Kong City Construction & Building Solutions first started its construction business in the infrastructure works of bulk earthwork and foundation work in the state of Johor, Malaysia. Also, after we completed a lot of earthwork & construction projects in Johor and Malacca, our SKCC team saw the potentials in the architectural, building solutions and design works in Malaysia. Therefore, we have decided to expand our services to new industrials and sectors.

Today, we are now an Earthwork & Construction, Architectural, Civil Engineering & Building Construction Group with multi-disciplinary of businesses cover in a few key business clusters. For example, build of the warehouse, build of the factory, premium residential and commercial design & build projects, renovation and improvement works, building materials supply and many more in our business development pipelines from time to time.​​
